Advanced High Resolution Imagery - M2 Giga w/RD8-II (F9000)

Our Top-of-the-line product. The Nodal Ninja Ultimate M2 Giga (M2G) is designed for high-resolution imaging. Our unique patented design allows for precise positive stops of 7.5/5/4/3.75/3/2.5/2/1.5 intervals on the upper rotator. The rotator indexing can be turned off allowing for free rotation. This allows photographers to capture moving elements such as in a sports panorama, or to capture second shots for an area prone to stitching error by change the overlapping region.

In this listing we have the M2G paired with our Advanced Rotator RD8-II. Assuming approximately 25%-30% overlap between images the lower rotator will support interval shooting of up to 550mm with camera mounted in portrait orientation (most popular) or up to 700mm if the camera is positioned in a landscape orientation. Both upper and lower rotators give users exacting positioning while shooting multi-row panoramas. This aids the stitching software to quickly align the photos in a repeatable fashion which is also useful when shooting featureless areas such as the sky's or water.

Being a "manual" panorama head, the M2G is much lighter than robotic heads using the same load capacity. There are no batteries or chargers to carry or worry about. And due to the intuitive design the M2G, in some circumstances, can actual excel over robotic head in terms of speed of capture.
